Account Portfolio Leader (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 annually

What you will do

• Own revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, forecasting, resource planning, and operational performance for an account portfolio that includes CISA and may include additional federal agencies.
• Build executive relationships with senior government stakeholders, acquisition officials, program leaders, and decision-makers.
• Drive account growth through contract expansions, recompetes, new business opportunities, customer shaping, and strategic account planning.
• Coordinate delivery, growth, capture, solutions, finance, contracts, and talent functions across a highly matrixed organization.
• Lead more than 300 personnel across multiple programs, contracts, and customer organizations.
• Develop succession plans, leadership pipelines, workforce plans, and continuous-improvement practices.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in cybersecurity and federal program management.
• Experience managing complex customer, program, mission, or acquisition portfolios with more than $100M in revenue or equivalent financial, budgetary, delivery, or resource accountability.
• Proven success growing accounts through new business wins, contract expansions, recompetes, and strategic customer engagement.
• Experience leading organizations, programs, or portfolios across multiple customers, contracts, and delivery teams.
• Demonstrated success establishing new accounts and long-term customer relationships.
• Experience leading within highly matrixed organizations and collaborating across business functions.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MS, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting CISA and federal cybersecurity programs.
• Experience leading portfolios exceeding $200M in annual revenue.
• Recognized thought leadership in cybersecurity, risk management, or federal modernization.
• Active security clearance and experience supporting Energy or VA accounts.
