Director, Digital Experience (Digital Marketing)

Location: Remote

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead high-value and complex client portfolios as a senior strategic partner.
• Set strategic direction for integrated digital programs aligned with client missions and business goals.
• Develop digital strategies across email, CRO, paid search, paid social, programmatic media, texting, and emerging channels.
• Lead executive presentations, annual reviews, strategic planning sessions, renewal negotiations, and new business efforts.
• Oversee portfolio performance, budgets, revenue targets, financial projections, retention, renewals, and scope growth.
• Partner with creative, data, technology, media, SEO, social, marketing science, and direct mail leaders to improve delivery and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years of digital marketing experience, including significant leadership experience in an agency setting.
• Proven success leading integrated digital programs and managing multi-million-dollar account portfolios.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
• Deep expertise in email, paid media, CRO, and texting.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, projections, and financial performance.
