Director, Commerce Media (Ecommerce)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, United States

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year plus a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of commerce specialists while setting goals and performance expectations.
• Own key client relationships, lead strategic meetings, and align commerce strategies with client business objectives.
• Develop and execute commerce growth strategies across platforms and marketplaces.
• Integrate hirify.global’s product and technology suite into scalable, efficient commerce programs.
• Oversee complex commerce data analysis, performance reporting, KPI alignment, and optimization recommendations.
• Drive innovation, thought leadership, retention, profitability, revenue growth, and market-share improvement for commerce clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commerce or e-commerce roles.
• Proven track record of executing successful growth strategies.
• Deep expertise in commerce platforms, marketplace dynamics, analytics, and measurement.
• Experience leading teams, managing client relationships, and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in New York City.
