Senior Project Manager (Biopharma)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of software projects within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations.
• Manage an established cross-functional project team and coordinate collaboration, responsibilities, and delivery performance.
• Build client and stakeholder relationships, maintaining alignment on priorities and providing regular status, financial, and risk updates.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, actuals, invoicing, resource allocation, scope changes, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and coordinate dependencies across teams and projects in a SAFe environment.
• Improve delivery processes while supporting team growth, scalability, stability, and predictability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, including independent ownership of complex software delivery projects.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills, including negotiations, conflict resolution, expectation management, and escalations.
• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, including ceremony facilitation and delivery management.
• Experience with project financial management, scope, risk, issue, dependency, and resource planning.
• Advanced English proficiency and availability to work from Poland, Croatia, or Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile environments.
• Technical background in software development, QA, or business analysis.
• Experience with software and hardware integration, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, laboratory automation, or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Experience introducing AI-assisted tools or practices to improve project delivery efficiency.
