What you will do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end operational processes across teams.
• Translate business needs into clear workflows and decision paths using RACI/DACI frameworks.
• Build and maintain automations using tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n to replace manual tasks.
• Select and configure operational tools and internal dashboards.
• Define ownership, document processes, and train teams on new workflows to ensure adoption.
• Partner with leadership to translate goals into practical, scalable operational systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager or Business Operations role.
• Strong hands-on experience with process automation tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n.
• Practical knowledge of responsibility and decision-making frameworks like RACI and DACI.
• Ability to work in a bilingual environment with Polish (B2+) and English (B2+) proficiency.
• Strong systems thinking skills and experience with performance monitoring/dashboards.
• Comfortable driving change and ensuring accountability within a scaling organization.
