Operations Manager (AI)

Location: 100% remote with flexible hours

Salary: 13,000–18,000 PLN net + VAT per month, B2B

What you will do

• Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans with clear owners, milestones, and deadlines.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives, coordinate department owners, and track execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and missing ownership, resolve blockers, and follow up on commitments.
• Improve operational processes, decision-making structures, documentation, and company knowledge management.
• Prepare concise decision briefs and recommendations using data, options, and trade-offs.
• Reduce repetitive work through practical applications of AI and simple automation.

Requirements

• Experience in operations or leading cross-functional initiatives, preferably in a technology or services company.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep priorities, owners, deadlines, and next steps clear.
• Confidence coordinating teams, challenging assumptions, and holding people accountable without direct authority.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, initiative, and independent judgment.
• Experience implementing processes that teams use in practice, working with data, and handling sensitive information.
• Strong Polish and English communication skills; English at B2 level or above.
