What you will do

• Define and continuously evolve the target architecture for product development, platforms, and services, including SaaS, cloud, DevOps, and product lines.
• Design a future-ready development and delivery organization with clear roles, responsibilities, governance, and interfaces.
• Define, prioritize, and drive multi-year transformation roadmaps from on-premises products to SaaS models.
• Establish prioritization frameworks, measurable targets, KPIs, and reliable progress tracking for strategic initiatives.
• Represent product development interests in collaboration with central Cloud, SaaS, Architecture, DevOps, and Security functions.
• Translate strategy into concrete programs while fostering cross-business-unit collaboration and platform synergies.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in strategic leadership roles within product or development organizations.
• Strong expertise in SaaS and cloud-based product models.
• Experience transforming project-driven development models into product- and platform-oriented organizations.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, organizational design, governance, and corporate structures with central functions.
• Strategic thinking combined with clear execution logic, structured decision-making, and result orientation.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
