Loan Servicing & QA Specialist (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Input and review consumer and commercial loan transactions in the core loan system.
• Verify that loan system data matches executed legal documents.
• Process or review new loans, renewals, modifications, extensions, payments, advances, maintenance, and system-generated reports.
• Support internal and external clients with account inquiries, research, and operational issues.
• Provide backup support for loan statement printing and mailing and manual calculation of accruing commercial loan fees.
• Coordinate deliverables with Relationship Managers, Service Teams, Legal, and Compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a post-secondary degree is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience, including previous bank operations or financial services experience.
• Familiarity with loan systems and the ability to read and interpret loan documents.
• Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, basic math proficiency, and general office software knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment and work additional hours during peak periods when required.
• Less than 25% travel may be required.

Nice to have

• Consumer, private banking, or wealth management quality review experience.
• Knowledge of lending regulatory requirements.
