Collateral Processor Senior - Retail Bank Operations

What you will do

• Execute complex or escalated collateral processing activities using standard procedures.
• Process perfections, continuations, and releases in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external business partners to complete transactions and route required documentation.
• Identify, research, and resolve exceptions, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Review transactions and related documents for completeness, accuracy, service-level compliance, and procedural conformance.
• Provide responses to inquiries, give workflow feedback, and support training for new team members.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, critical thinking, effective communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of operational functions, standard operating procedures, problem management, and financial products and services.
• Must work in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
