Loan Support Analyst Senior - Covenant Administration - Midland (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Home Location-KS (KSH01), United States. Remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval; occasional in-office participation may be required.

What you will do

• Service a portfolio of complex commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet, and agency loans.
• Monitor and test financial covenants to protect lender cash flow and collateral.
• Read and interpret commercial real estate loan agreements and apply loan terms accurately to servicing activities.
• Analyze financial statements, communicate test results and required actions to borrowers, and resolve compliance issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review exceptions and quality-control activities, maintain accurate servicing records, and support reporting, onboarding, transfers, payments, escrows, reserves, tax, insurance, and collections.
• Provide specialty product guidance and training when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and relevant experience.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, loan documentation, compliance requirements, due diligence, and risk mitigation.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, customer interaction, decision-making, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, interpret complex agreements, and maintain accurate records.
• Must work from a quiet, secure, and confidential home workspace if approved for remote work.
