What you will do
- Optimize assembly methods, production processes, and equipment to improve quality, efficiency, cost, and safety.
- Define production phase sequences for new processes in line with product cost and equipment investment targets.
- Prepare CAPEX documentation, financial analyses, business cases, and project justifications.
- Validate and qualify suppliers, manage quotations, and follow up on machine manufacturing progress.
- Coordinate machine release and approval processes, Gantt chart tracking, and project schedules.
- Support production-line implementation of new equipment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Proficiency in 3D design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Advanced English communication skills.
