LaserJet Regional Engineer

What you will do

• Act as the regional technical authority for hirify.global LaserJet products and own complex escalations from country engineering and support teams.
• Diagnose chronic hardware, firmware, and print-quality issues involving fusers, imaging units, toner systems, controllers, and paper handling.
• Lead root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions with Global Engineering, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Field Operations.
• Validate new LaserJet launches, conduct readiness assessments, and monitor post-launch technical performance.
• Develop technical training, service notes, troubleshooting guides, and partner certification programs.
• Analyze failure trends, warranty data, and repair returns while supporting CAPA, remote diagnostics, predictive maintenance, and service-process improvements.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience and demonstrated competence.
• More than 4 years of experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, a technical area, or a related field.
• Experience evaluating complex problems and data across multiple factors.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
• The role is based in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico.
