What you will do

• Manage the execution of multiple projects according to the organization's project management methodology.
• Develop, prioritize, and submit project plans, budgets, resources, and delivery methodologies.
• Manage project managers and coordinate internal and external project management resources.
• Oversee project and program initiation, planning, execution, and closure, including scope, costs, risks, and quality.
• Provide strategic guidance, support data-driven decisions, and align project milestones with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with project management teams and stakeholders to improve delivery and resolve conflicts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience identifying, securing, and coordinating internal and external project management resources.
• Experience setting priorities with management and counterparts across the organization.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, conflict management, and resolution skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
