Director, Insurance Implementation and Onboarding (Financial Services)

Location: Hybrid role based in Windsor, CT; Braintree, MA; or Boston, MA

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client implementations and onboarding of the Singularity platform for insurance investment operations and accounting.
• Develop project plans, governance structures, and execution processes for complex implementations.
• Manage multiple projects, project teams, resources, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and product, development, and operations teams.
• Lead client reviews and executive updates while building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct business analysis, workflow reviews, operational assessments, and implementation methodology improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Significant program or project management experience in financial services implementations.
• Strong investment accounting background; insurance industry experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with public and private investments, including fixed income, equities, derivatives, foreign exchange, and commercial loans.
• Ability to manage complex projects and high-pressure client environments with strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
