What you will do

• Lead complex and strategic cross-divisional initiatives across product, design, engineering, operations, and front-to-back business teams.
• Manage project scope, plans, deliverables, timelines, budgets, risks, and issues.
• Run governance forums and provide progress transparency to senior Global Banking & Markets leadership.
• Identify and remove program-level impediments by engaging stakeholders and sponsors.
• Partner with product owners to define strategic visions, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.
• Define quality assurance and testing approaches, coach teams on testing practices, and develop post-testing migration strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, project management, or program management.
• Finance industry experience is required.
• Strong project lifecycle, delivery, risk management, reporting, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs, resolving conflicts, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to coach teams toward efficient and effective performance.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology strategy, client service, business functions, or management consulting.
• Knowledge of Global Banking & Markets and financial services operations.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, OKR frameworks, and roadmaps.
