Senior Solutions Engineer (AI Cybersecurity)

Location: US Off-Site; the ideal candidate will be located in the Eastern US. Travel within the U.S. is required for customer engagements, industry events, partner meetings, and field initiatives.

Total compensation: USD $175,000–$240,000 annually.

What you will do

• Advise enterprise customers and prospects throughout cybersecurity platform evaluation, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
• Understand customer security goals and align platform capabilities with measurable business outcomes.
• Lead technical demonstrations, presentations, executive briefings, architecture workshops, and Proofs of Concept.
• Build relationships with strategic partners and support revenue growth through partner and channel engagement.
• Create enablement content, demos, videos, architectural diagrams, and training assets for internal teams and partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success while providing customer-driven product feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, systems engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with technical decision-makers and executives in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of public cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, plus cybersecurity, networking, AI, and cloud architecture.
• Experience designing solutions for on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-native environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, public speaking, live demonstration, and customer education skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity startup environments.
• Knowledge of XDR, SIEM, CSPM, CNAPP, SOC operations, threat hunting, incident response, or security posture technologies.
• Experience with API integrations, scripting, automation, Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience enabling MSSPs, GSIs, or channel partners and conducting security maturity assessments.
• AI/ML, LLM, agentic AI, or AI-driven detection and analytics experience.
