Solutions Consultant 2 (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and identify stakeholder priorities across customer security environments.
• Design and position cybersecurity solutions across on-premises, cloud, and security operations use cases.
• Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and validation engagements.
• Own technical solution fit, deployment readiness, product adoption, and ongoing technical health across assigned accounts.
• Partner with Account Executives, Professional Services, Customer Success, Specialists, Channel partners, and Support teams.
• Monitor customer usage and outcomes to identify optimization opportunities and support continued value realization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical pre-sales experience is required.
• Experience meeting performance goals and influencing key customer or internal stakeholders.
• Experience creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or validation engagements.
• Knowledge of at least one area including networking, network security, cybersecurity, private or public cloud security, SOC/endpoint, SASE, or AI security.
• Technical curiosity and strong AI fluency are expected; SaaS sales, implementation, customer adoption, and complex multi-product sales experience are preferred.
