What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, control, reporting, and communication of complex projects across multiple business functions.
• Manage and evaluate project delivery against agreed timelines, scope, effort, quality, and service levels.
• Oversee project management professionals and resolve operational issues that may cause delays.
• Monitor project risks and report issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Design and analyze reporting on project timeliness, resource capacity, client demand, and resource utilization.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
• Strong experience collaborating across enterprise and client or partner organizations.
• Excellent communication, project management, process improvement, and organizational skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management, conflict management, and resolution.
• Experience driving continuous improvement across business services, methodologies, and project processes.
