What you will do
- Track and trace customer shipments, bookings, and critical logistics movements.
- Provide oversight for aircraft-on-ground, temperature-controlled, and other specialized shipments.
- Coordinate proactively with districts, service providers, and customers internationally.
- Deliver timely and accurate transportation information and exceptional customer service.
- Become a subject matter expert for assigned customer accounts and maintain high service standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Fluent English and Spanish required for applicants in Mexico.
- One year of customer service experience.
- One year of logistics-related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products or data visualization and scripting tools such as Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or Python.
- Ability to communicate and present work to stakeholders, team members, and decision-makers.
Nice to have
- Qualifications in supply chain management or logistics.
- IATA, FIATA, or MITX qualifications.
