Manufacturing Process Engineer - 2nd Shift

Location: Onsite in Senatobia, Mississippi, United States. 2nd shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m. Candidates must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global.

What you will do

• Develop, configure, and optimize new and existing manufacturing processes from concept through startup, certification, and production ramp.
• Collect and analyze data to improve production methods, cycle time, equipment capability, materials, ergonomics, and process performance.
• Define, implement, and maintain process and test standards, operating instructions, visual documentation, quality documentation, and test specifications.
• Design specifications for testing equipment used with existing and new products.
• Support continuous improvement, engineering changes, new product introduction, and the elimination of ergonomic and process hazards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• CAD or AutoCAD skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma principles, and process-related standards.
• Working knowledge of process engineering software packages.
• Experience with process simulations is preferred.
• Availability for the Monday–Thursday 2nd shift schedule and existing US work authorization are required.
