CAD/PLM Administrator (NX & Teamcenter)

Location: Kent, Washington, United States; on-site role. Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual eligible to access ITAR-controlled technology. Employment requires authorization to work in the U.S. and completion of Form I-9 and E-Verify.

Target annual base salary: $154,350–$231,525 for Level 3 or $192,885–$289,380 for Level 4.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Siemens NX and Teamcenter users.
• Maintain NX configurations, templates, material databases, shared resources, and reusable design content.
• Administer Teamcenter accounts, groups, roles, permissions, workflows, revisions, and release processes.
• Support engineering data workflows, product structures, check-in/check-out processes, and release activities.
• Coordinate NX and Teamcenter upgrades, deployments, workflow validation, licensing, and issue resolution with IT and vendors.
• Improve recurring workflows, maintain custom tools and macros, document procedures, and train and onboard users.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience supporting or administering Siemens NX in an engineering environment.
• Working knowledge of NX configurations, templates, reuse libraries, material databases, parts, and assemblies.
• Experience using and supporting Teamcenter, including engineering data, revisions, and release workflows.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and issue-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with engineering and IT.
• U.S. work authorization and eligibility to access ITAR-controlled technology are required.

Nice to have

• Experience administering Teamcenter users, groups, roles, permissions, and application preferences.
• Experience with NX and Teamcenter installations, upgrades, or deployments.
• Familiarity with Teamcenter BMIDE and basic data-model configuration.
• Experience with NX macros, journals, custom features, surface modeling, large assemblies, or shared CAD libraries.
• Experience supporting CAD/PLM tools in aerospace, manufacturing, or hardware engineering.
