System Project Manager, Non-Technical Program Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Kalispell, Montana, United States; travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $68,000–$93,500 per year

What you will do

• Manage assigned semiconductor capital equipment and NSO projects from release through customer shipment.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and status updates.
• Coordinate Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, Configuration Management, and Logistics teams.
• Track project performance, identify risks and constraints, and drive recovery actions for delivery, quality, scope, and schedule issues.
• Manage scope changes, configuration updates, BOM modifications, project documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Support production prioritization, tool scheduling, shipment readiness, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

• Strong project management, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration across diverse functional teams.
• Ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability without direct reporting authority.
• Ability to work with extended standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, hand and power tools, and potentially noisy environments.
• Ability to work in a clean room with required personal protective equipment, including coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.
