Senior Manager, Social (Social Media)

Salary: $149,000–$157,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Lead social media strategy for award-winning food and lifestyle programming.
• Drive audience and revenue growth across priority social platforms.
• Manage content optimization, packaging, and publishing across social channels.
• Build scalable and efficient social media operations and continuously improve processes.
• Monitor the social content budget and analyze return on investment.
• Develop strategies for emerging platforms and track competitor trends.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in social media, digital video, and/or editorial.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team or contractors.
• Specific experience managing YouTube channels.
• Expertise in social media metrics, analytics, reporting, YouTube Studio, and YouTube Analytics.
• Ability to build audiences across multiple channels and communicate data-driven strategies to executives and teams.
• Adaptability and strong performance during periods of change.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere.
• Creative storytelling skills across copy, video, and audience interactions.
• Experience leading projects across multiple departments.
• Deep experience with YouTube strategy and content optimization.
