Social Media Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Remote in the United States

Base salary: $105,000–$125,000 per year, plus equity and bonus.

hirify.global builds AI infrastructure platforms that help AI cloud providers and AI factories run GPU infrastructure, Kubernetes, Slurm, Ray, and inference clusters, and develops open-source Kubernetes tenancy technology.

What you will do

• Monitor AI cloud, GPU infrastructure, developer tooling, funding, product launch, and technology news.
• Develop alerting, feed, and AI-assisted research systems to identify important industry moments quickly.
• Prepare multiple publish-ready posts within 24–48 hours of major developments.
• Ghostwrite posts for the CEO and other executives in their authentic voice.
• Own hirify.global’s LinkedIn and X channels, including launch and event content calendars.
• Create recurring creative formats, visual series, short-form videos, and live event coverage.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success creating posts, accounts, or social moments that gained significant attention.
• Strong judgment and speed when responding to fast-moving industry events.
• Knowledge of effective technology accounts and content approaches on LinkedIn and X.
• Ability to learn AI infrastructure, GPU clouds, and Kubernetes quickly.
• Daily use of AI tools while maintaining independent ideas, judgment, and voice.
• Ownership of social strategy and execution without waiting for a detailed brief.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer tools, infrastructure, AI, or startup-founder audiences.
• Executive or founder ghostwriting experience on LinkedIn or X.
• Ability to edit and publish short-form video on the same day.
• Experience running live social coverage at events such as KubeCon.
