Sr. Social Media Manager (AI)

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 annual base salary, plus a corporate bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute global social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
• Build channel-specific content programs aligned with brand priorities, campaigns, product launches, corporate narratives, and executive thought leadership.
• Own the global social editorial calendar and coordinate publishing priorities with stakeholders across the business.
• Create, edit, publish, and optimize corporate announcements, product stories, customer content, employer-brand messaging, event coverage, and industry commentary.
• Establish social media governance, publishing standards, approval processes, response protocols, escalation procedures, and reputational safeguards.
• Track engagement quality, audience growth, sentiment, share of voice, referral activity, content performance, and AI search visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7+ years of experience in social media strategy, corporate communications, public relations, digital communications, or a related field.
• Experience developing and executing social media strategies for a corporate, B2B, technology, or similarly complex organization.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, visual communication, and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Instagram, YouTube, online communities, publishing tools, listening tools, analytics, and reporting platforms.
• Experience shaping content for AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, with sound judgment during sensitive or fast-moving situations.
