Technical Trainer (PSP)

Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $74,444–$99,258 per year, plus bonus opportunity

What you will do

• Deliver classroom and hands-on training for customer operators, technicians, and internal Field Service Engineers.
• Explain system functions, operating procedures, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service processes to small groups of up to six students.
• Demonstrate laboratory procedures, coach learners, monitor performance, and validate proficiency.
• Update training materials and create scalable assets for instructor-led and online learning.
• Maintain technical documentation for PSP system upgrades and new components.
• Collaborate with engineering, product support, technical publications, and subject matter experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, completion of a vocational or technical program, or equivalent hands-on Field Service Engineer experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience delivering instructor-led technical training to manufacturing, engineering, or field service audiences.
• Advanced knowledge of Precision Surface Processing systems, including operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service procedures.
• Ability to translate complex engineering and manufacturing concepts into clear learning experiences.
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications.
