Product Support & Operations Specialist

Location: New York, United States

Base salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, plus variable pay and equity.

What you will do

• Learn hirify.global's platform, tools, and transportation industry context through hands-on training and mentorship.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide partners with clear solutions to keep their transit networks running.
• Build relationships with partners, understand their operational challenges, and improve deployment outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Partner Success on cross-functional issues.
• Identify product and process improvements and contribute to prioritization and scalability decisions.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of work experience, including internships; recent graduates are welcome.
• Curiosity and motivation to understand how technical products work.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in building a career in technology and working collaboratively across functions.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish, German, Arabic, French, Italian, Dutch, or Japanese.
