Customer Care Special Product Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Easton, Pennsylvania, United States; full-time, on-site position.

What you will do

• Act as the sales liaison between Engineered Products and internal and external customers.
• Prepare quotations for standard and special products, review inquiries and specifications, and verify engineering information.
• Collect vendor and manufacturing costs and lead times, determine selling prices, and perform cost and margin analysis.
• Coordinate orders, project delivery requirements, documentation, expediting, and customer service activities.
• Respond to customer requests and problems, support supplier qualification, and maintain cost matrices, price lists, reports, and documentation.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with Customer Care, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or three years of equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of hirify.global product knowledge and previous customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical, project management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Flexibility in scheduling, willingness to work occasional overtime, and willingness to travel overnight infrequently.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the applicable country without employer-sponsored immigration support.

Nice to have

• Experience serving as a technical subject matter expert for special products, specifications, and applications.
• Experience with project management, the hirify.global Kanban System, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, new product development, or mentoring colleagues.
