Customer Support Specialist (Education): Supporting course offerings, learner registration, classroom readiness, scheduling, assessments, and federal employee seminars for a defense intelligence training program with an accent on education administration, learning systems, and operational coordination. Focus on managing enrollment and course closeout, tracking IT equipment and tickets, proctoring exams, and maintaining the master schedule.

Location: Reston, VA, USA

Salary: $48,000–$60,000 per year

Company

Provides integrated training and educational support services for the Academy for Defense Intelligence and Defense Intelligence Agency training programs.

What you will do

Create course offerings and manage registration, enrollment, course closeout, and learner support.
Ensure classroom readiness and track IT trouble tickets and equipment lifecycle.
Create, manage, and maintain the master schedule for ADI schoolhouses.
Proctor exams, support ad hoc assessments, and manage End of Course surveys.
Assist with planning, execution, and follow-up for seminars for federal employees and government personnel.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in education or administrative support.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
Experience with Student Information Systems and Learning Management Systems such as Blackboard and AGILE.
Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required.

Nice to have

Counterintelligence polygraph clearance.
