Director of Implementation (Remote, US)

Location: Remote, applicants must be located in Canada

Base salary: $192,300 CAD per year

What you will do

• Set the vision and strategic plan for the implementation organization.
• Lead the customer journey from initial sale through product adoption and integration.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing implementation team across multiple geographies.
• Design and optimize implementation processes using analytics, automation, and AI-driven tools.
• Lead data migration and technical implementation efforts for customers.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to resolve complex implementation challenges and improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.
• At least 7 years of experience in technical solutions, professional services, or a related customer-facing role.
• At least 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects and solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of software implementation methodologies, analytics, integrations, CRM systems, and workflow automation platforms.
• Excellent project management, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
