Clinical Implementation Specialist I (Medtech)

Location: Remote within the United States; listed locations include San Diego, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and San Jose, California. Up to 75% travel is required, with a current passport.

What you will do

• Coordinate post-sale customer education, training initiatives, orientations, continuing education, and in-service programs.
• Plan, develop, and execute educational and training events across customer accounts.
• Serve as the clinical and technical product expert for ZOLL hospital products and support the chain of resuscitation.
• Assess clinical staff competencies, identify learning needs, and provide direct training for new staff and customers.
• Lead quality improvement activities and support process and resuscitation protocol changes within hospital accounts.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, sales teams, distributors, and customer stakeholders to improve product utilization and clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• RN, Paramedic, or RT qualification with 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Ability to educate clinical personnel and influence change through evidence-based clinical literature.
• Strong clinical communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, lead cross-functional teams, manage competing demands, and interact with C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to integrate technology into training activities.

Nice to have

• AHA Instructor certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALS.
• Clinical education experience.
• Project management experience.
