Customer Training and Success Specialist (AAC)

Location: Remote from the United States; work is performed from a home office. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; the organization participates in E-Verify.

Starting salary: $60,000–$75,000 per year.

hirify.global develops speech-generating devices, software, and services based on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) technology for people with communication impairments.

What you will do

• Deliver one-on-one and small-group training for people with communication challenges and their care partners.
• Facilitate group training through the hirify.global Device Users Community.
• Adapt training programs to different technology comfort levels, learning styles, and customer needs.
• Teach both device mechanics and practical application in everyday life.
• Document customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM.
• Share recurring training needs, user feedback, and adoption challenges with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.

Requirements

• Experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
• At least two years of experience providing AAC training, clinical instruction, or related teaching or coaching.
• Expertise in AAC and communication partner training.
• Strong ability to explain complex product functionality through clear, empathetic, and practical instruction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms, and/or experience with teletherapy.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• ATP certification.
• Supported Conversation for Adults with Aphasia certification or experience.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
