Senior Customer Success Specialist (Healthcare Billing)

Salary: $57,000–$77,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of healthcare customers.
• Build trusted relationships that support customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
• Coordinate customer training and help clients use billing and collections solutions effectively.
• Analyze customer data, trends, and operational challenges to identify issues and opportunities.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions to improve revenue management and collection outcomes.
• Monitor account health and collaborate with internal partners to improve customer programs and business results.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in account management, business-to-business sales, customer success, or a related field.
• Experience in the HME/DME industry, medical billing, and home health billing software.
• Advanced analytical, customer service, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Business and financial acumen with the ability to connect customer goals to business outcomes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels, including executives.
