Treasury Manager

What you will do

• Own daily treasury operations across multiple legal entities, including payments, bank accounts, intercompany transfers, and cash positions.
• Manage SWIFT, SEPA, USD, and EUR payments and resolve delayed or returned transactions with banks and payment providers.
• Handle bank KYC and compliance requests by preparing explanations and supporting documents.
• Open and administer bank and EMI accounts, coordinate onboarding, and launch new payment channels.
• Maintain weekly liquidity plans, identify cash gaps, and improve treasury workflows through practical controls and templates.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Accounting, banks, payment providers, and business teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in treasury, banking operations, or payments within an international company or finance function supporting multiple legal entities.
• Strong experience with international payments and banking operations, including SWIFT, SEPA, and USD/EUR transactions.
• Hands-on experience with bank KYC and compliance requests, including source-of-funds, payment-purpose, counterparty, and corporate-structure documentation.
• Experience opening and administering bank or EMI accounts from documentation and KYC through account setup.
• Confidence with Excel or Google Sheets, liquidity planning, cash positions, cash-flow data, formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and large datasets.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English is required, along with independent communication with international banks and payment providers.

Nice to have

• Experience improving treasury processes or automating finance workflows with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or Apps Script.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Experience with Stripe, Adyen, Revolut Business, Wise Business, Airwallex, or similar payment providers and EMIs.
• Exposure to multiple jurisdictions and international banking requirements.
