Junior Finance Manager

Location: Berlin, Germany — hybrid, with 2 home office days per week. Remote work is possible for up to 4 weeks per year within the EU.

FORMEL SKIN, part of the VOY family, is building a digital healthcare platform offering personalized treatments across dermatology, weight management, and preventative care.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end accounts payable process in NetSuite, including invoice review, coding, approvals, credit card transactions, vendor data, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Support the purchase order process and strengthen procurement and finance controls.
• Support monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, HGB and group reporting, and consolidation across all entities.
• Prepare documentation for statutory audits and support VAT declarations.
• Introduce automation and AI into daily finance work and support the financial integration of an acquired company.
• Coordinate with local accountants, tax advisors, auditors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, ideally in a multi-entity or group structure.
• Strong understanding of balance sheets, month-end close, HGB, and VAT declarations.
• Independent, ownership-oriented approach with the ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong analytical, numerical, process-oriented, and Excel skills.
• Technology-oriented mindset with interest in automation and AI and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong English communication skills and German reading comprehension are required; spoken German is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite, accounts payable in a multi-entity group, or payroll.
