Finance Graduate (FP&A/Audit & Risk)

Location: Singapore; hybrid working with 1–2 days per week on site. Attendance at the IB office in The Hague is required for the weeks of 11 January 2027 and 11 October 2027.

What you will do

• Complete two nine-month rotations across different finance teams during the 18-month programme.
• Support financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
• Contribute to finance initiatives and projects supporting organisational performance and decision-making.
• Gain practical experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Audit & Risk, governance, and risk management.
• Undertake operational, analytical, administrative, and project-related activities alongside experienced finance professionals.

Hiring process
