What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of fintech products and services across multiple client accounts within a region or cluster.
• Translate client roadmaps and strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans, budgets, milestones, and quality standards.
• Serve as the executive delivery contact for client stakeholders and work with the Client Director on commercial objectives.
• Manage delivery teams and coordinate Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Operations functions.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, recurring issues, and process gaps, implementing improvements and standardized practices.
• Track delivery performance through roadmap milestones, client satisfaction, cycle time, resource utilization, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services across delivery, client success, programme management, or operations.
• Extensive experience leading large, multi-stream programmes in complex, matrix-managed technology environments.
• Experience managing multiple clients or programmes in parallel, preferably in regulated or technology-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of software development delivery, delivery frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Very strong influencing, client communication, relationship management, ownership, and accountability skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience delivering projects in an outsourced environment with external service providers and suppliers.
