What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of fintech products and services across multiple client accounts.
• Translate client roadmaps and strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans.
• Lead delivery teams and coordinate Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Operations.
• Act as the executive delivery contact for client stakeholders and maintain clear communication, alignment, and trust.
• Manage budgets, dependencies, delivery risks, and regulatory requirements across client engagements.
• Improve delivery capability through standardization, process improvements, and reusable development practices.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in fintech, SaaS, financial services, delivery, client success, program management, or operations.
• Extensive experience leading large, multi-stream programmes in complex, matrix-managed technology environments.
• Experience managing multiple clients or programmes in parallel, preferably in regulated or technology-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of software development delivery, delivery frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent influencing, client communication, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• MBA or professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.
• Experience in financial services and outsourced delivery environments.
