CRM Program Manager (iGaming)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid work is available after the first three months, with up to 50 work-from-home days per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate CRM Product and Engineering pods by aligning backlogs, sprints, dependencies, risks, and delivery status.
• Maintain a centralized RAID log and provide leadership with consistent visibility into interdependencies, blockers, and risks.
• Track roadmap milestones, coordinate recovery plans, and support resourcing and capacity discussions across pods.
• Work with Product Managers, Pod Leads, Heads of Product and Delivery, and dependent business units to escalate blockers and resolve competing priorities.
• Support cross-pod ceremonies, RFP responses, enterprise client conversations, and the continuous improvement of client onboarding activities.
• Contribute to delivery metrics, group-level initiatives, and EMF processes by keeping estimations and program information current.

Requirements

• Experience working with Agile delivery across multiple pods and delivering complex projects.
• Program management experience with multiple work items, RAID or risk registers, and cross-pod tickets.
• Practical experience with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to interpret velocity, throughput, and cycle-time metrics and turn them into clear risk or opportunity narratives.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted delivery workflows in a production environment.
• Strong organization, communication, stakeholder management, commercial judgment, and ability to operate across product, data, and engineering.

Nice to have

• Background in iGaming, sports betting, casino platforms, PAM, payments, or sportsbook products.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
