Finance Manager, North America Technology

Location: Chicago, IL — Chicago/Aon Center

Base salary: $104,200–$130,200 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management for North America Technology OPEX and CAPEX.
• Partner with Technology leaders, project owners, Finance stakeholders, and supported business functions on portfolio priorities and financial routines.
• Provide reporting, variance analysis, insights, and recommendations on spending, risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
• Manage intercompany cost recharges from North America to regional organizations.
• Support investment governance, business case development, financial evaluation, and Capital Appropriation Requests.
• Improve forecast accuracy, cost transparency, reporting, analytics, governance, and financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, business finance, portfolio finance, or performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate complex financial data into business insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across Finance, Technology, and business teams.
• Experience using LLM, AI, and automation workflows to streamline processes and improve decision support.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
