Financial Analyst

Location: Tampa, Florida, USA; hybrid work with on-site attendance at the Tampa facility 3–4 days per week. Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. and able to reliably commute to the facility.

Salary: $73,807–$101,445 per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Support the Area Controller and Facility Manager with facility transactions, financial analysis, and operational reporting.
• Review requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, coding, delivery schedules, and transaction timing within the procure-to-pay process.
• Investigate accounts payable invoice exceptions and support timely month-end close and forecast cycles.
• Develop analytical views, expense analytics, KPI reporting, and cost-management analyses.
• Support inventory management, cycle counts, facility maintenance plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Prepare financial and modeling analyses for facility projects and provide documentation for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MACC preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong computer, financial modeling, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with PeopleSoft or a similar ERP system; proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship, including F-1 and J-1 visas and OPT/CPT extensions, is not available.

Nice to have

• MBA or MACC.
• Experience with Oracle, Smart View, or Analysis for Office.
