Lead, Global FP&A

Location: Chicago/Aon Center; hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite weekly

Salary: $141,500–$176,900 annual base salary, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus

hirify.global is a global food and consumer goods company with a large, complex finance organization supporting regional and company-wide performance management.

What you will do

• Own total-company performance reporting by consolidating regional actuals and forecasts into a global P&L view through Net Income.
• Lead performance measurement against AOP, guidance, consensus, and commitments while validating key accruals and account balances with Controllership.
• Create leadership, board, and earnings materials, dashboards, and narratives that translate complex financial results into actionable insights.
• Manage forecasting routines, rolling forecasts, scenario analysis, and sensitivity views across regions.
• Partner with External Reporting, Investor Relations, Tax, Controllership, Communications, and regional FP&A teams through quarterly and monthly cycles.
• Lead a team of two finance professionals and drive system enhancements, automation, models, tools, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of finance experience, including team leadership in a global or complex business.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; excellent academic credentials required.
• Strong experience with financial close, consolidation, forecasting, performance measurement, and reporting.
• Ability to communicate complex performance results clearly to the CFO, Finance Leadership Team, Board, and senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or HFM for consolidation, Power BI for reporting visibility, and AI analytics tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail, influencing ability, and capability to deliver accurate work under tight timelines.
