Plant Controller, Sr Manager (Manufacturing Finance)

Location: USA - PA - Denver; responsibilities support the Denver and Downingtown plants.

Target base salary: $140,300-$192,900 per year.

What you will do

• Direct plant finance activities, including product costing, variance analysis, working capital improvements, projections, and financial reporting.
• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, financial performance reviews, and corrective action planning.
• Partner with plant, operations, procurement, planning, logistics, and supply chain leaders on cost, capacity, service, and investment decisions.
• Analyze operational and financial performance, including labor efficiency, bottlenecks, cost-reduction opportunities, ROI, and lowest landed cost initiatives.
• Lead capital management, regional spend enabler processes, internal controls, and general ledger accuracy.
• Coach plant leaders and manage and develop the Plant FP&A Manager and Supply Chain Finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain Finance, preferably in the CPG industry.
• Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights and influence decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience leading, developing, and mentoring finance professionals, with strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites or plant locations.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or another relevant advanced degree or certification.
• Experience in capital planning, investment analysis, working capital management, cost optimization, or continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools in a manufacturing environment.
