Salary: USD 100,000–110,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage accounting and financial functions for an assigned crane service area.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, audits, consolidated operating statements, budgets, and controls.
• Analyze financial status, operational costs, inventories, sales, orders, taxes, depreciation, and asset values.
• Recommend financial plans, objectives, policies, cost reductions, process improvements, and equipment utilization measures.
• Advise management on financial data, business and economic implications, procedures, projects, employee relations, and related matters.
• Manage working capital, support customer collections, and supervise and mentor junior accounting team members.

Requirements

• Eight or more years of progressive experience in preparatory accounting, financial analysis, and/or Controller positions in a service environment.
• Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• SAP, Siebel, or experience with a large ERP system is strongly preferred.
• Expected travel of 5%–10%.
