Salary: $207,000–$392,100 per year

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations, profitability, and growth for the Illinois health practice.
• Develop and execute strategic, tactical, and operating plans for business growth and positive financial performance.
• Oversee employee development, organizational objectives, and member and provider relations.
• Build and maintain an effective provider network and relationships with providers, employers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Establish operational policies, objectives, performance criteria, and success measurements.
• Provide management with contractual and regulatory information related to state and federal agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of senior-level managed-care experience, preferably as a plan operating officer or executive director.
• Experience in managed care and/or Medicaid.
• Previous management experience, including hiring, training, work assignment, and performance management.
• Master's degree preferred.
