Regional VP, Operations (Healthcare)

Location: Remote

Salary: $225,000–$250,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead regional operations across multiple radiology practices in hospital and outpatient settings.
• Partner with physician leaders, local practice boards, and health system executives through a dyad leadership model.
• Own regional P&L performance, productivity, budgeting, cost discipline, growth initiatives, and margin improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop Practice Directors and operational leaders across a broad geography.
• Partner with sales and business development on market expansion, client retention, and new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in healthcare operations or physician practice management.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-site operations and large, matrixed teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven performance management.
• Executive-level communication and relationship-building experience with C-suite hospital and health system leaders.
• Proven change-management and process-improvement capabilities.
