Coach Manager

Location: Remote, US; fully virtual work from home with periodic in-person retreats

Starting annual salary: $65,000

What you will do

• Lead, support, and develop a team of coaches while building accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.
• Provide coaching, feedback, performance management, goal setting, reviews, and support for recruiting and interviewing.
• Oversee evidence-based care delivery in line with clinical, operational, safety, and HIPAA expectations.
• Partner with therapists and care-team members on complex patient needs, concerns, and escalations.
• Manage team capacity, coverage, workload, and performance trends, including occasional direct coaching coverage.
• Represent coach and team needs across clinical, operational, product, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
• Experience supervising or managing a team of professionals, ideally in healthcare, behavioral coaching, or structured support.
• Understanding of behavioral coaching, evidence-based behavior change, and the needs of children, adolescents, young adults, and families.
• Ability to use performance data, team metrics, and qualitative insights to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
