Managing Director (Medtech)

Location: Poland; hybrid home-office arrangement with two working days per week.

Salary: €110–150 per annum.

What you will do

• Take full P&L responsibility for hirify.global’s business in Poland.
• Define and execute the Polish market development strategy, budgets, operating models, and investments.
• Identify strategic partnerships with integrators, distributors, healthcare organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Build and lead the local team, set objectives, and foster a motivating and inclusive culture.
• Drive sales, marketing, conferences, brand visibility, and successful implementation of hirify.global’s solutions.
• Manage customer experience, operational improvements, installations, and compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven P&L responsibility and experience building teams and country-level operations.
• Strong strategic communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing clients and collaborating across functions.
• Proactive, solution-oriented problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work with clients, partners, industry experts, healthcare organizations, and government institutions.
