Senior Account Executive (Venture Capital): Manage and grow enterprise sales for hirify.global's Fund Administration platform targeting venture capital and private equity clients with an accent on consultative selling, long sales cycles, and strategic outbound prospecting. Focus on building trusted advisor relationships, negotiating large contracts, and driving revenue growth in a complex financial SaaS environment.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA and New York, NY

Salary: $325,000 OTE in SF and NY

What you will do

  • Introduce and sell hirify.global’s fund administration products to top-tier venture capital and private equity clients
  • Manage full sales lifecycle including lead generation, negotiation, and closing
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals
  • Advise new venture capital funds on best practices and vendor referrals
  • Communicate business impact effectively to key decision makers
  • Drive revenue through strategic outbound prospecting and long sales cycles (12-18 months)

Requirements

  • Must be able to work hybrid in San Francisco or New York
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 10+ years of account executive experience, preferably enterprise sales
  • In-depth understanding of fund structures (VC, PE, Private Credit, Real Estate)
  • Experience in SaaS or financial services sales with pipeline and contract management
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • English proficiency required

Nice to have

  • Experience in venture capital, private equity, institutional investing, or wealth management
