Open Rank Professor - Management

Location: Commerce, Texas, United States; full-time, 9-month, tenure-track faculty position.

What you will do

• Teach graduate and undergraduate courses in management and related high-demand areas.
• Develop, implement, and review effective teaching and learning processes using appropriate methodologies and technology.
• Participate in curriculum development, assessment, and course-content updates.
• Contribute to research and maintain qualifications aligned with AACSB standards and R2 university expectations.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners on program development and community engagement.
• Participate in departmental, college, and institutional service activities.

Requirements

• Terminal degree in a relevant business field from a university with an AACSB-accredited business program aligned with Management.
• Terminal degree earned within the past five years and/or peer-reviewed journal publications from the last five years sufficient to maintain AACSB Scholarly Academic status.
• Ability to qualify as graduate faculty.
• Complete a cover letter, resume or CV, three professional references, and transcripts.
• Employment is contingent on credential verification and a criminal history investigation.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Relevant active Management credentials, such as SHRM, Certified in Healthcare Compliance, or a leadership certificate.
• Previous teaching experience.
