Staff, Product Manager, Billing and Financial Services (Fintech)

Location: United States, with locations in Bellevue, Washington, or Sunnyvale, California

Annual salary: $132,000–$264,000 in Bellevue or $143,000–$286,000 in Sunnyvale, plus potential performance bonuses and stock.

What you will do

• Define and own multi-quarter product vision and strategy for financial systems supporting pricing, incentives, fees, reimbursements, and transaction transparency.
• Lead product lifecycle management from discovery through launch, scaling, and value realization.
• Use customer research, market insights, data analysis, design thinking, and journey mapping to prioritize initiatives.
• Drive analytics, KPI measurement, experimentation, and AI/ML feature evaluation.
• Collaborate with Engineering on architecture, feasibility, technical direction, and innovation opportunities.
• Mentor product managers and establish rigorous launch-readiness and performance-measurement practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and 7 years of product management experience, or 9 years of product management or related experience.
• Proven experience defining and executing product strategy and roadmaps for complex products.
• Advanced skills in analytics, KPIs, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence skills.
• Knowledge of AI/ML inference and its application in product development.
• Experience managing products from discovery through value realization with clear acceptance criteria.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
