Product Manager, Fulfillment

What you will do

• Own products and integrations supporting the benefits infrastructure.
• Define strategy and roadmap for fulfillment initiatives, balancing operational needs, technical investments, and platform scalability.
• Partner with engineering to understand carrier integrations, APIs, technical dependencies, issues, scope, and implementation tradeoffs.
• Work with operations and cross-functional teams to understand workflows and translate business requirements into product solutions.
• Define requirements, success criteria, and scope boundaries while identifying edge cases and reusable capabilities.
• Support product discovery, delivery, iteration, team processes, and broader benefits platform strategy.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of product management experience in a modern technology business, or equivalent experience in software engineering, data science, or business analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex technical and operational challenges into actionable priorities.
• Ability to understand business models, technical architecture, operational workflows, and internal user needs.
• Strong communication, persuasion, advocacy, storytelling, and first-principles reasoning skills.
• Technical acumen and familiarity with APIs, system integrations, or platform products.
• Experience with insurance carriers, benefits administration systems, complex third-party integrations, fintech, or healthcare is advantageous.
